Corporate Development Manager Role
This is a strategic business role that drives M&A opportunities for the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles, preferably within software companies or similar industries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM
* Creating market maps to establish strong relationships in assigned industry verticals
* Meeting and exceeding monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and other measurable KPIs
* Working autonomously and with leadership to qualify M&A opportunities efficiently
* Ensuring accurate lead database allocation within portfolio verticals
Candidates should have advanced verbal and written communication skills, executive presence, organizational abilities, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Occasional travel may be required.
