Job Description
As a Clinical Project Manager, you will oversee clinical projects within the LATAM region to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution. You will be responsible for building project timelines, managing resources, risks, and milestones, as well as fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
* Compliance with regulatory requirements;
* Understanding of RA/MOH requirements and protocol implementation across regions;
* Project planning, execution, and closure within scope, time, and budget;
* Forecasting budgets, monitoring burn rates, and controlling scope changes;
* Leading cross-functional teams (Clinical, Epi, DM, Stats, Reg, PVG) and promoting accountability;
* Clear communication with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders;
* Anticipating issues, developing mitigation strategies, and adapting to changes;
Key Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, understanding of RA/MOH requirements, planning and executing clinical projects, forecasting budgets, leading cross-functional teams, communicating clearly, anticipating issues and adapting to changes.
You must have 3+ years of cross-functional clinical PM experience, strong knowledge of regulations and protocols, protocol interpretation across regions, end-to-end project delivery, risk management, resource & milestone management, study plan development, proficient with project tools, and clear stakeholder communication. This is a freelance role working remotely from anywhere in LATAM.
