The role of Marketing Coordinator involves managing internal communication and task coordination to support the smooth execution of client work. This position works closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Key responsibilities include:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
Main objectives for this role include maintaining accurate task trackers and teamwork boards, providing clear direction and feedback, and delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
This position requires strong project management skills, process-oriented thinking, clear communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in using project management tools and shared documents to track and communicate work.
The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, attention to detail, and experience working with creative teams. A high level of organization, excellent time management, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, this role is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time task completion rates, internal team satisfaction scores, and error-free deliverables.
