Customer Success Manager (SaaS | Marketing Attribution | Remote)
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to support customers of a fast-growing SaaS platform focused on marketing attribution and ad performance analytics.
This professional will own the post-sale experience, ensuring customers successfully implement the platform, understand their data, and achieve strong results from their marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
* Lead onboarding calls via Zoom
* Guide setup of tracking, pixels, and integrations
* Configure CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Connect ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok)
* Ensure attribution and data tracking are working properly
Customer Success & Support
* Manage assigned customer accounts
* Provide support via email, chat, and Zoom
* Help customers understand attribution and performance reports
* Proactively ensure customer success and retention
* Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate
Requirements
* 2–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support
* Experience with digital ads and digital marketing knowledge
* Experience working in SaaS environments
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and marketing tracking tools
* Understanding of marketing attribution and integrations
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable leading client calls and product onboarding sessions
* Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
