The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics with e-commerce platforms, managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance delivery speed and accuracy. This position offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that drive the success of our e-commerce logistics operations, contributing to the company’s growth and customer-centric approach.Key Job ResponsabilitiesNetworking Design: Logistics distribution network design for operation optimization focused on costs, lead time improvement and customer experience.Operation Management: Operation control, capacity management (Handling productivity; Inventory, packing and operation bottlenecks)Process mapping and analysis: process design/redesign for logistics operation covering fulfilment, delivery, reverse logistics, inventory management.Customer satisfaction: Collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Teams in order to deliver best customer experience, including proper logistics operational capacity setup service levels achievement, costumer communication and order trackingProject management: define implementation plan and monitor/support execution with local logistics teams; report of progress and issues to top management.Performance management: consolidation and analysis of KPIs; identification of gaps and best practices; support definition and execution of improvement plans.Development of guidelines and templates to support warehouse and transportation operations planning, execution and monitoring.RequirementsBachelor Degree in Logistics, Administration or related areas.Background in e-commerce operations, planning and projects.Experience in e-commerce operations, covering logistics network design, transportation (first/mid/last mile), carrier strategy and operation performance managementProject management skills.Advanced/Intermediate English.Advanced/Intermediate Spanish.Advanced data analytics Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.Advanced presentation skills (MS Power Point and oral exposition).Why is Samsung Electronics the place to be?Join a Global TeamWork with a dynamic and diverse team, constantly interacting with different cultures.Tackle Big ChallengesOur history is built on overcoming challenges and striving for excellence.
