**What you'll do**:
- Support in managing people costs (internal and suppliers) through updates and automation;
- Support with 1YP and 3YP process;
- Support the value creation team with the people LE (Last Estimation);
- Alignment of processes and detailed people accounts with suppliers;
- Monthly validation of people costs with BEES managers;
- Support in building presentations for BEES leadership;
- Support with CAPEX closing month reports and closing year;
- Support with OPEX management, providing POs (purchase orders), GR (good receipts) and LE
(last estimation) on App360;
- Cross-charge management (CAPEX and OPEX);
- Help to bring technology for finance team.
**What you'll need**:
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks while working independently and in teams;
- Microsoft office knowledge (especially Excel);
- Intermediate English (Oral and Written);
- Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus;
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting allowing the ability to run analysis.
