Job Overview
This role involves working closely with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to understand the client's business objectives and expectations, and provide expert guidance on services and support.
Main Responsibilities
* Evaluate client business requirements and guide them in utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk and assist with document maintenance for client system environments.
* Collaborate with Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams on release management and ensure code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
* Execute simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
