THE ROLE
The Manager I of Engineering plays a key leadership role, directly managing a small team of software engineers. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software projects, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and supporting the professional growth of engineers.
In addition to leading day-to-day execution, this manager contributes to tactical decision-making, participates in architectural discussions, and ensures engineering efforts are aligned with project goals. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead critical platform initiatives, scale high-performing teams, and shape the technical foundations of upcoming projects/products.
You’ll get to manage multiple SaaS products via the engineering team that you’ll lead. You also get revenue share from the products you manage via the engineering team.

What You’ll Bring:
