We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our international Sales Team as a Business Development Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals to identify and pursue opportunities in the public sector across various countries.
Job Responsibilities
* Opportunity Identification: Scout and assess potential business opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries.
* Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation.
* Project References: Create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements.
* Knowledge Management: Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1).
* Technical Skills: Very good knowledge in MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams.
* Cognitive Abilities: Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Persistence: Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly.
* Domain Knowledge: Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects.
* Previous Experience: Previous experience with procurement in the public sector will be seen as a plus.
