We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to bridge communication between sales operations, customers, and back-end product development teams.
* Support advertisers in integrating attribution solutions for apps and web, including MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and pixel/SDK or server-side event API implementations.
This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and resolution of technical challenges affecting advertisers.
Responsibilities also include:
* Acting as the local technical liaison between sales operations, advertisers, and the product development team.
* Understanding and troubleshooting technical issues related to attribution and performance-based advertising.
* Providing guidance and responding to customer questions regarding conversion reporting and optimization.
Requirements for this position include:
* A brief understanding of advertising monetization principles.
* Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL query and data interpretation.
* Brief computer skills and familiarity with one or more programming languages, with JavaScript preferred.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have qualifications include:
* Proficiency in Chinese to facilitate communication with Beijing-based product and R&D teams.
* Experience working with attribution platforms and digital advertising measurement tools.
* Prior experience supporting advertisers in performance-based advertising environments.
