What You Will Do:
* Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
* Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
* Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
* Securely work with customers' sensitive information
* Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
* Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
* Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
* Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
* Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
* Attentive to details
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Positive and responsible attitude
* Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
