Responsibilities:
Manage billing processes for spare parts and non-vehicle products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Collaborate closely with Aftersales, Finance, and Logistics teams to effectively address operational demands.
Monitor warehouse activities, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
Develop, maintain, and present reports on billing and logistics indicators, ensuring consistent warehouse follow-up.
Requirements:
Experience in the automotive industry with a background in billing, logistics, and planning.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (MM/FI/SD), Excel, and tax-related processes within billing.
Highly organized, problem-solving oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields; English is a plus.
Location and work-mode:
100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
