We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Migration Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead data migration projects and be responsible for managing a team of migration consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Data Migration Projects: You will be responsible for leading data migration projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Manage Team Members: You will be responsible for managing a team of migration consultants, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with stakeholders, including functional consultants and key customer resources, to gather requirements, build conversion objects, and drive your team's value through all data project phases.
Requirements:
* Strong Technical Skills: You must have strong technical skills in ETL/data migration/data quality/data analysis, as well as experience in managing resources to deliver a collective goal/responsibility.
* Experience in Managing Teams: You must have experience in managing teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
* Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
* Willingness to Travel: You must be willing to travel according to project requirements, up to 100%.
