What kind of professional we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.
Responsibilities
* Assist with recruiting and talent sourcing activities
* Support people operations and administrative processes
* Communicate with stakeholders and contribute to process improvements
* Collaborate with teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
* Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills
* Nice-to-haves: experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree
* Soft skills: proactivity; problem-solving mindset; clear and effective communication

* Competitive compensation: R$2.5K (possibility to increase to R$5K after 6 months)
