Role OverviewAs a Senior Motion Designer, you will create iconic work that defines customer expectations globally and drives growth. You will be a key member of our Global Resource Team, collaborating with colleagues and clients worldwide to deliver excellence in Motion design.
Responsibilities include:
Translating and extending brand visual equity into motion across all interactions.
Building motion principles supporting Experience Principles.
Delivering compelling stories through film, assets, and other motion formats.
Challenging and elevating output quality.
Understanding UX and how motion relates to experience and interaction.
Considering how motion integrates with haptics, voice, and sonic elements.
Managing complex projects with sensitivity and understanding.
Providing informed advice and insights to clients.
Adapting communication styles to different audiences.
Working independently and within teams to solve creative challenges.
Owning and iterating workstreams, managing deliverables.
Growing client relationships and engaging in marketing activities.
Inspiring and mentoring others, fostering an inclusive culture.
Qualifications:
4+ years of branding-related design experience.
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe CC; experience with Cinema 4D/Redshift/Octane is a bonus.
Strong creative talent across brand identity mediums.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with motion/digital media is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, translating).
