We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities. This role requires expertise in designing and delivering scalable IT operations solutions that align with enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
* Maintain and configure core ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT operations capabilities with organizational objectives, driving business outcomes through technology.
* Enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs, leveraging technical expertise to deliver high-performance solutions.
* Detect and resolve issues across ITOM functionalities, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to services.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules, with a strong focus on Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* Thorough understanding of ServiceNow's data modeling and database schema, as well as its impact on system performance.
* Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, with a solid grasp of server, network, and application architecture.
* Familiarity with Performance Analytics, email notification design, and managing complex data workflows, ensuring efficient system operation.
* Skilled in developing and managing scheduled jobs, events, and automated triggers within ServiceNow, using transform maps and scripted approaches.
* Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, import sets, and custom integrations, showcasing proficiency in data import and integration.
