Project Training Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Training and Competence Coordinator to join our team in Iraq Basra. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reports and information to support training and competence compliance progress.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a highly regulated process industry, with intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage a high volume of work, and prioritize tasks effectively are essential.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide reports and information to support training and competence compliance progress.
* Create reports and monitor Training Matrix compliance management.
* Provide standardized reporting on competence progression.
* Support technical training and competence programmes.
* Conduct training gap analysis.
* Run accurate pre-employment mandatory certification compliance checks.
