Business Development Representative
As a key member of our sales team, this role is responsible for managing contracted clients in Brazil and other Latin American countries. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling various tasks related to UPR portfolio, including working with the marketing team to develop B2B strategies, entering and retrieving information in CRM software, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
* Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM software, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also perform administrative tasks, including payments, invoices, order office supplies, submit expense reports, and provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business or a relevant field is required, while a master's degree is preferred.
