About the Role:
The QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Brazino777 Brasil's digital platform (App & website) by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across the full customer journey. The role ensures that every touchpoint — from registration and deposit flows to sports betting and live casino experiences — meets the highest functional, performance, and regulatory standards, directly contributing to player satisfaction and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
* Test all features of the digital gaming platform (App & website) for functionality, accuracy, and usability across devices and browsers.
* Conduct regular testing of the Sportsbook section, ensuring correct interface behavior, data accuracy, and real-time responsiveness.
* Monitor load times, system responsiveness, and overall user experience to identify performance issues.
* Perform QA/UX testing tasks at least four (4) times per week.
* Test new promotions (bonuses, free spins, etc.) and provide detailed reports on any issues found.
* Execute end-to-end testing of deposit and withdrawal processes for accuracy, security, and compliance.
* Deliver weekly test reports, including bug documentation with screenshots or videos and recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
* Experience in QA testing or UX evaluation, ideally in online gaming or digital platforms.
* Ability to test functionality, usability, and performance across different devices and browsers.
* Strong attention to detail for spotting bugs, errors, and usability issues.
* Good communication skills for clear reporting of findings.
* Ability to work independently and follow a regular testing schedule.
* Familiarity with online transaction processes (deposits, withdrawals) is a plus.
* Advanced English language skills for communication with HQ and international tech teams.
* Solid understanding of sportsbook and casino and a genuine passion for sports — football, basketball, tennis, or other major markets.
* Understand of how sports events translate into betting products and odds mechanics
Would be considered a plus:
* Prior experience in a regulated iGaming environment, particularly within the Brazilian market or LATAM region.
* Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to better understand front-end defects.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of QA processes in automated deployment workflows.
