Responsibilities
Provide support in scheduling the work calendar for the technical network installation team, optimizing time and monitoring activities performed to deliver the best results for the company and client satisfaction.
Daily calendar scheduling for the technical network installation team, seeking to optimize schedules.
Make appointments with clients, generate and close work orders on their behalf.
Track and control technical customer service.
Monitor the performance and verify the technicians’ activities to ensure the established schedule is met, thus generating customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate teamwork by helping where needed and following guidance.
