Project Managers are responsible for managing the Company's service deliveries, product and service implementations. They are the point of contact coordinating with Sales, Engineers, and Pricing staff both locally (Brazil) and with China Telecom Corporation staff in Beijing during the full lifecycle of projects. This position requires Mandarin. English and Portuguese are preferred. Less than 25% of travel requirement both domestic and international.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
Company Service delivery, product and service implementations
Project management, and coordination with multiple parties during the full life cycle of projects
Serves as the point of contact for customers, sales team and sub venders on service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery
Dynamically plan projects to meet RFS (Request for Service) dates
Maintain and provide regular status reports on multiple projects
Organize project kickoffs and coordinate meetings/ conferences
Keep customers and Sales team informed of project updates
Develop test and service acceptance criteria
Works with ICT, CT Headquarters, CT Provincial for provisioning processes and updates
Work with all sub vendors to ensure timely service deliveries
Utilize existing IT platform (CRM, BSS etc.)
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Education Needed:
Bachelor's degree in related telecommunication, engineering, technical, or related field
Experience in project management in telecommunications, ISP, managed service, or similar international services technology company
Professional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin required, English and Portuguese preferred
Proven project management skills with the ability to gather the support of organization-wide resources and to focus on achievement of service deliverables.
