About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst.
This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, business requirement gathering and documentation, development of test plans, and ensuring high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
* Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
* Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
* Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.
* Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
