About the Role
* Develop Maintainable Applications: Build, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable backend services using C#/.NET and integrate with APIs.
* Shape System Architecture: Contribute to system design, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across FinTech applications.
* Implement Quality Code: Implement and test maintainable, well-documented code, with a focus on automation and software best practices.
* Support Production Systems: Monitor and troubleshoot production applications to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with front-end, QA, product, and IT teams, while mentoring junior engineers.
