Senior Buyer - This role supports a wide range of indirect spend categories (e. G., travel, corporate services, facilities, IT services, training, uniforms/workwear, and other business services), partnering closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver an efficient end-to-end purchasing experience. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. What youll do:- Manage day-to-day purchasing for assigned countries via a PO/requisition system, including processing requisitions in Workday. - Source suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate, and ensure preferred suppliers are used. - Maintain supplier catalogs for repetitive purchases and manage open orders to ensure timely delivery/receiving in the system. - Build procurement reports/dashboards and partner with accounts payable to resolve invoice issues. - Lead local sourcing projects and negotiate contracts. - You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. - Perform commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutionsQualifications:- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- 5 years in Procurement / Buying / Supply Chain; - Strong stakeholder management, ethics, and reporting skills- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Word. - Comfortable in a fast-changing environment; international travel may be required. - Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position.
