Learning Delivery Specialist Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this key role in Frankfurt. This position involves coordinating training session delivery with local stakeholders and working closely with the customer's learning delivery team.
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions required.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring their proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events or programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to international work environments, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint is highly desirable.
