Business Development Manager LATAM
About your role
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading online trading brokers in the world to direct and execute strategies aimed at expanding the Company's offline partner programs. easyMarkets is looking for native speakers to lead business development in one of the following regions: Brazil.
Main activities and responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships
* Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
* Maintain a strong development pipeline in accordance with the Company's strategy
* Leverage existing relationships with partners to generate new business
* Stay updated with financial markets daily
* Complete necessary training and development objectives within the assigned timeframe
* Organize offline events on a periodic basis
* Prepare business plans for the target region quarterly
Key requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Banking/Business Administration or another related field
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a business development role in the Forex Industry
* Native in the language of the mentioned region and fluent in English
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
* Excellent networking skills
* Ability to work proactively, expand and generate business, and effectively close deals
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent numerical/mathematical skills
* Ability to travel to meet existing/potential partners
