About the Role
We are looking for an Elite Customer Support Specialist with fluent French and English who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
In this role, you will go beyond traditional customer service. You will investigate complex issues, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver clear, thoughtful solutions to customers around the world.
This is not a standard support role. It is a high-impact position for professionals experienced in high-end, demanding service environments, capable of handling complex, high-value requests with autonomy, precision, and care.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* Proven experience in high-end or demanding customer service environments (luxury hospitality, 4–5 stars hotels, concierge services, aviation, premium retail, etc.)
* Experience in travel or hospitality industries (travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, etc.)
* Experience organizing tailor-made services or customized client experiences
* Strong ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail
* High level of autonomy, organization, and problem-solving skills
* A natural client-first mindset, with a strong focus on personalization and service excellence
* Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
* Fluent English and French (written and spoken) are required (a third language is a plus)
* Good knowledge of destinations and personal travel experience
Nice to Have
* Experience supporting international customers
* Experience with SaaS products or technology platforms
* Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering or product)

Compensation
R$6,000 a R$10,000 Reais per month.
