Electrical VDC Team Lead
About the Role:
* Leverage strong leadership to oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of electrical BIM models across all project stages.
* Manage and guide an electrical BIM team by providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular model audits, data checks, and quality control reviews.
2. Prepare and deliver BIM-related documentation, including model execution plans, progress reports, schedules, and technical presentations.
3. Support the integration of BIM with other digital tools for enhanced project delivery.
4. Train and upskill team members on BIM technologies and emerging industry trends.
