About the role:

This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity where you will work with international clients and modern cloud technologies, gaining hands-on exposure to complex SaaS environments and Microsoft ecosystems.

As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for global customers by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance within a cloud-based platform.



Key Responsibilities:

* Technical support and troubleshooting.
* Operational support tasks in the Application Support team working with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
* Experience with Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) support and partner ecosystem processes.
* Scope a customer issue by collecting the relevant facts and investigating the problem by doing his own research and by involving other teams as needed.
* Consult and collaborate with peers or colleagues around the world and with management and engineering to resolve service issues.
* Act internally as a customer/reseller advocate.
* Empower customers/resellers to find information, self-solve when they decide to, and learn more about Microsoft products, services, and support.
* Advise customers on how to gain additional value from their Microsoft products.
* Document technical work and research to help your colleagues to improve the product, and improve the support experience.
* Maintain a proactive approach to customer happiness, identifying customer satisfaction concerns and managing customer expectations.
* Having ownership of tasks, proactively following upon them, and ensuring fast resolution.



That's You:

* Previous experience in IT support or application support.
* Strong SQL skills, including the ability to connect to databases, write, and execute queries.
* Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, integrations, troubleshooting).
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* Microsoft certifications aligned with Azure and/or Microsoft 365 (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Associate level).
* Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
* Experience troubleshooting SaaS applications is a plus.
* Experience working with licensing and invoicing processes is a plus.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center or similar administrative portals is a plus.
* Ability to create, update, and maintain Help Center documentation for internal teams and external users.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, make quick decisions, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
* Strong communication skills with attention to clarity and precision.
