About the position:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Audio Producer II with a background in audio production workflows.
This role involves cross-functional collaboration, and managing external partnerships to deliver exceptional audio experiences.
This role will provide hands-on support in voice-over production tasks, music editing, and operational processes, ensuring smooth workflows between the audio team, internal, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate in voice-over production tasks, including communicating with vendors and internal local teams.
Communicate with internal and external partners to identify audio needs, plan execution, and ensure alignment from pre-production to delivery, acting as a key point of contact for audio-related matters.
Participate in the development of music, sound effects, and voice-over production schedules, ensuring alignment with multidisciplinary planning and vendor timelines.
Create comprehensive briefings for audio outsourcing partners, providing all necessary creative, technical, and production information.
Create, edit, and implement sound effects, voice-over assets, and other audio deliverables.
Mix audio content for publishing videos.
Ensure all audio deliverables meet project requirements, maintaining the highest quality standards across multiple projects.
Main job requirements:
Superior degree completed;
Proven experience (5+ years) in audio post-production workflow.
Expertise in audio editing tools such as Nuendo, Pro Tools, or similar.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken), with experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with experience designing schedules and estimating budgets for complex projects.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
Knowledge of middleware tools like Wwise or FMOD is a plus.
Passion for games or a strong understanding of gaming culture and player motivations;
Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP (Hybrid mode).
