Cas is seeking an independent consultant for Latin America customer success & business development services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Success & Engagement
* Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for customers.
* Provide guidance to help customers realize the full value of solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within organizations.
* Business Development
* Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territory.
* Conduct prospecting activities, including calls and presentations.
* Strategic Communication
* Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of solutions.
* Support marketing activities such as workshops and industry events.
* Represent at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
* Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM system.
* Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
