AI Leadership Opportunity
The role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive AI initiatives and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and lead data scientists, machine learning engineers, and MLOps professionals in the development of AI solutions.
* Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle: data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Provide technical guidance on distributed training, large-scale model optimization, and system architecture for efficient AI operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI projects.
* Implement best practices for experiment tracking, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), model governance, and observability to ensure transparent and accountable AI decision-making.
* Manage resources, cloud budgets, and enforce responsible AI and data security standards to mitigate risks.
* Effectively communicate technical progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
