We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to support and enhance our IT service management environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with developing and maintaining ITSM workflows, performing platform administration tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders. A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and scripting, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and maintain ITSM workflows using ServiceNow's out-of-the-box features and custom scripts.
 * Perform platform administration tasks, including user provisioning, security management, and data import/export.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM workflows and platform administration.
 * Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Strong understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies and version control systems.
