Business Function Analyst Role
Drive business transformation as a seasoned Business Function Analyst.
* Analyze and interpret complex business requirements, translating them into precise functional specifications.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with company objectives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs, creating detailed functional specifications for development teams.
2. Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions meeting business requirements, develop and execute test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, leading project activities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
4. IDentify and mitigate risks in technology projects, assist in managing project scope and resources.
5. Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials, providing ongoing technical support for implemented solutions.
6. Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents, participate in change management to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Advanced English language skills.
* Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart.
* Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project.
* Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server.
* Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum.
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
