About the Role Position: Service Desk — Technical Support & Helpdesk Contract: PJ (Independent Contractor) Workload: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday just) Salary 6.000,00 PJ Location: RemoteYou'll be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve technical issues with professionalism, empathy, and precision. What You'll DoProvide first-level support via phone and email (chat may be added).Troubleshoot issues related to apps, email, browsers, and hardware (including remote screen sharing).Perform ID resets, manage email inconsistencies, and follow KB/SOP documentation.Log and classify tickets, escalate when necessary, and ensure proper prioritization.Meet service-level expectations for quality, productivity, and resolution times.
