Role Summary

About the Job
The primary objective of this role is to support the delivery of workforce solutions by assisting clients in managing their contingent workforce. This involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner, and ensuring seamless execution of programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requisition Management: Assist clients in creating requisitions, including defining job requirements and configuring VMS settings.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Resume Screening: Review resumes and cover letters to ensure they meet client requirements.
4. Client Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
* Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in MSP operations or contingent workforce management.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as experience with Beeline.
* Languages: Bilingual competency in English and Portuguese is required.
