Overview
Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers; approximately 30,000 engineers by 2030 according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We currently have about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. This role focuses on finding engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, informing them about the benefits of living and working there, and building trust with candidates during relocation.
Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we provide support to relocate engineers with our global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management. Our aim is to fix practical matters related to relocation (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
Responsibilities
* Work as a senior headhunter to identify engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden.
* Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
* Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish management team to support relocation logistics.
* Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation-related practicalities (visa, permits, housing, travel).
* Plan and execute recruitment activities in cooperation with colleagues across multiple countries.
Required competence
* At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
* A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
* Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge.
* High quality and brand awareness.
* Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
* Upper intermediate English.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
* Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
* Self-confident, sociable, friendly and motivated.
* Resilient and persistent with the ability to handle rejection.
* Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
* Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
* Start ASAP. Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
* Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
* Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
* Location: Remote or from a co-location center of choice.
* Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Includes paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travels/housing/per diem.
