Freelance Technical Interviewer
We're seeking skilled professionals to join our team of freelance technical interviewers. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in evaluating candidates' skills and assessing their fit for various technology roles.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for experienced software developers, engineers, and technical leads residing in LATAM to leverage their expertise and make a significant impact in the hiring process.
You'll be responsible for conducting structured technical interviews online, evaluating candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving, and providing fair and unbiased assessments of candidate performance.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of coding, architecture, and design patterns, as well as prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training.
* Conduct structured technical interviews online across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.

Data Engineers (Big Data, Spark, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud Data Platforms)
Cloud Engineers/Architects (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
Mobile Developers (Android – Java/Kotlin, iOS – Swift/Objective-C, React Native, Flutter)
DevOps/SRE Engineers (CI/CD, Cloud, Monitoring, Automation)
Cybersecurity Engineers (Network Security, IAM, Application Security)

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* Be based in LATAM.
* Have 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in your chosen domain.
* Hold strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
