Key Account Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned B2B professional to assume key account management responsibilities within our assigned territory.
Job Description:
* Strategic planning and execution to achieve sales targets, foster growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Account acquisition, growth, and development within the designated area of responsibility.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, we seek a candidate proficient in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation, as well as preparing and presenting reports on account performance and market insights.
Collaboration with product development teams is essential, providing valuable feedback and insights from clients that contribute to the creation of new products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills for successful long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Autonomous working environment experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Business acumen for B2B markets, including new business segments and models.
* Project management skills with proficiency in multiple languages, specifically English and Portuguese, and fluency in Spanish being a plus.
