Community Builder and Social Media Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Builder and Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, engaging with the tech and startup community, and driving social selling.

In this role, you will:
Social Media Management
You will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan for our social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.
* You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and create content that resonates with them.
Community Engagement
You will engage with the tech and startup community globally, representing our brand and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* You will identify business opportunities and market gaps, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Lead Generation
You will acquire new leads through cold and warm calling, using your sales and negotiation skills to secure meetings and close deals.
* You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A proven track record of success in business development, account management, sales, or a related field.
* Experience and network in the HR/recruiting industry.
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written).
* Strong communication skills and a personable approach.
