We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Creator to support both creative and operational initiatives. This role blends hands-on content creation with influencer management and marketing support, requiring strong copywriting skills, design sensibility, and excellent organization.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, confident communicating with influencers and U. S.-based clients, and skilled at producing high-quality, brand-aligned content across multiple channels using AI and design tools.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Create engaging social media content (captions + visuals) for influencers and clients
Develop multiple formats including carousels, short videos, quotes, and infographics
Repurpose long-form content (articles, podcasts, videos) into social-first assets
Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure natural, human-centered language
Create video scripts and creative briefs for editors
Develop content for blogs, landing pages, websites, and ebooks
Support additional marketing assets such as one-pagers, social kits, and presentations AI, Design & Tools
Use Chat GPT, Claude, and other AI tools to draft, refine, and repurpose content
Create short video clips and captions from podcasts or long recordings
Design brand-consistent visuals in Canva
Collaborate with design teams on advanced creative projects Influencer Communication & Management
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers
Manage day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and content delivery schedules
Track deliverables and ensure posting deadlines are met
Schedule and lead check-in meetings to align on expectations and performance
Provide guidance on brand voice, content quality, and campaign goals
Build strong relationships while maintaining accountability Strategy & Marketing Support
Assist in developing social and marketing strategies aligned with campaign goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports broader initiatives
Requirements
Skills & Knowledge
2–3 years of experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across brands and audiences
Proficiency with AI tools for text and video generation.
Canva Proficiency
Experience repurposing content across formats (articles, podcasts, video)
Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated content
Fluent English with confidence communicating with U. S.-based clients Soft Skills
Strong organization and time management
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills for influencer and team collaboration
Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking Nice-to-Have
Experience in influencer marketing or community management
Familiarity with additional AI or editing tools
Background in marketing or social media
Comfortable working in evolving, fast-moving environments
