Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and analysis.
* Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities and process mapping techniques.
* Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to design and configure Salesforce solutions that meet organizational goals.
* Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing.
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting skills advantageous.
