Sr Brand Marketing Manager, Marketplace - SSR LATAM
Amazon Seller Marketing team is responsible for driving seller acquisition across all categories on the LATAM marketplace. We manage both strategy and execution of marketing channels and programs.
We are seeking a creative, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead the awareness strategy for Amazon Marketplace in Brazil. This role involves leading brand and communication strategies, PR, social media, events, and influencer activities to meet brand metrics in each country. The person will oversee online and offline awareness channels, creating and managing campaigns to boost awareness, enhance brand recall, and improve top-of-funnel recruitment results.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to see the big picture and execute rapidly. Proven success in creating and implementing effective awareness marketing strategies across multiple channels, testing new tactics, measuring results, and optimizing performance is essential. The role also requires reporting on key content and marketing metrics to leadership, collaborating with central marketing teams, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Lead local awareness marketing campaigns to increase marketplace awareness and consideration among sellers in Brazil.
* Develop brand strategies in collaboration with external agencies, including customer personas and brand positioning.
* Establish mechanisms to measure campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
* Become an influential stakeholder and leader within the Marketplace organization in LATAM.
* Support Public Policy and PR teams in building relationships with external groups to raise awareness and drive adoption of Amazon tools.
* Lead customer and seller insights through qualitative and quantitative research as needed.
Basic Qualifications
* 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
* Experience managing teams.
* Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
* Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
* Experience aligning cross-functional teams and driving strategic direction.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.
* Background in e-commerce, digital products, or entertainment industries.
