Key Responsibilities
You will manage multiple interpretation projects per day, interacting with clients via email, phone, or WeChat to ensure their expectations are met. You will identify colleagues to assist based on relevant time zones or regions for the project, match linguists with client objectives, and evaluate profitability and client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field required
* Fluency in English is essential, with fluency in an additional language a valuable asset
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is beneficial
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, are crucial for success
