Role of Safety and Health Technicians
We are looking for a Safety and Health Technician to join our team in Paulinia. The role involves ensuring workplace safety, developing emergency response plans, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a culture of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement emergency response plans;
* Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action;
* Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices;
* Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to health and safety;
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field;
* Registration with the Ministry of Labor (MTB) as a Safety and Health Technician;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
