Job Title: 3D Visualisation Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Cinema 4D Designer to join our Creative team, specialising in high-fidelity, marketing-grade 3D rendering, imagery, and product animation.
This role is responsible for generating stunning, hyper-realistic 3D visuals, clean motion assets, and sophisticated compositing work across our diverse portfolio of brands.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional skill in achieving professional authenticity and meticulous attention to detail.
You will collaborate closely with Graphic Designers and other team members to translate creative concepts into precise, high-quality visuals, ensuring consistent and professional execution for all our business-focused content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-end, hyper-realistic product and lifestyle scenes, including advanced image compositing (photomontages), from various reference materials.
- Create professional 3D product animations (e.g., product rotations, camera moves, and simple showcases).
- Help us set new standards for the modelling, texturing, lighting of our products, with an absolute dedication to visual authenticity.
- Accurately translate design concepts into detailed 3D models.
- Develop high-resolution final images and video assets of rendered content.
- Successfully balance and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D. Please note that this is a strict requirement; we are not seeking users of Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya for this role.
- Experience with Octane Render is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio that showcases expertise in high-definition, commercial-style 3D visualisations, expert image compositing, and 3D animation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. You must be able to fluently communicate and clearly articulate technical 3D constraints to non-technical team members.
- 4+ years' experience as a 3D designer.
- Ideally, you'll have worked in a graphic/animation studio, advertising agency, or an in-house creative department and have some experience working with beauty or wellness products.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and knowledgeable about the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly skilled with good organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
