As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top technology talent to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our recruitment team to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong networking and relationship-building abilities. You should have in-depth technical evaluation experience and be able to assess candidate skills accurately.

Responsibilities:
* Source and engage top technology talent through various channels
* Screen and present qualified candidates to clients
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations to ensure candidate suitability
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
* 5+ years of recruitment experience, including IT recruitment
* Minimum 3 years of direct headhunting experience
* In-depth technical evaluation experience
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* STRONG teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
* Experience working with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter
