Agile Coach
As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate the delivery of high-value products and services by helping teams improve their processes and collaborations. Your primary role is to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that teams work together effectively to achieve common goals.
* You will orchestrate major events like PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt, ensuring they are well-structured and productive.
* Your responsibility includes managing the ART calendar and maintaining program-level cadence, ensuring teams stay focused on key objectives.
* You will facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
* As an Agile Coach, you will coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, helping them adopt new ways of working.
* You will identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks, escalating critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Another key aspect of your role is optimizing the flow of value across the ART, ensuring that teams deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Requirements
* You must have strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience with JIRA.
