Junior Ruby Developer Job Overview
This role involves developing and maintaining web applications with Ruby. It's a full software development cycle position where you'll enhance your Ruby programming skills, gain experience in web development frameworks, and contribute to different stages of the software lifecycle.
As a Junior Ruby Developer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Ruby applications, writing well-structured and efficient code, collaborating with development teams, troubleshooting and debugging applications, participating in code reviews, and working with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience with Ruby, a good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures, basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git, the ability to solve problems effectively, and learn new technologies quickly, and a good level of English.
