About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Content to lead content writing, strategy, execution, and quality across various channels.
This is a hands‑on position where writing will be a big part of your day.
You’ll handle keyword research, content strategy, and creation of high‑quality, search‑driven content across blogs, collection pages, product pages, and landing pages. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to align strategies that drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
Write SEO‑driven, sales‑focused content across blogs, landing pages, collection pages, and product pages.
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities that align with each client’s goals.
Create content calendars and manage the ongoing production schedule.
Write content that meets our standards for clarity, tone, and conversion.
Work directly with the CEO to present ideas, explain strategies, and review progress.
Ensure writing deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Track performance metrics such as rankings, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SEO content writing or content strategy, ideally in an agency environment.
Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and search‑optimised copy for different business types.
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and on‑page optimisation.
Excellent English writing and editing skills with a natural, engaging tone.
Experience writing and maintaining editorial consistency.
Comfortable communicating directly with the CEO and explaining strategy.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Must be comfortable working full‑time during CST hours.
